No, I won’t and no, there are no meal plans. I don’t believe that having a list of superfoods or forbidden foods is helpful to develop a healthy relationship with food. I will also therefore not tell you what you should or shouldn’t eat. I will help you learn how to find out what works for you and how to build a structure and environment to help you make choices that support your goals consistently.
You probably will but the long-term goal of this course is that you develop a healthy and capable body and mind so that you will be able to enjoy ending a walk with friends having a drink, play with your children or grandchildren without getting tired, get up every morning with energy or walk into the doctor’s office for your annual check-up without worry. Losing weight will be a nice side effect if you carry around a few too many kilos but the goal of the program goes beyond a number on the scale.
